Today, Insolvent states that, he had make his statement inadvertently as he doesn't have passport in his favour. He further states that, he possess passport and on the next date of the meeting, he will deposit the said in Office.

Insolvent further states that, he is negotiating with the Petitioning Creditor about the settlement and requested time to comply the requisitions raised by the Office.
