It appears from the record, that intimation letters of today's meeting given to the Insolvent, but it was not served on business address of the Insolvent i.e. Canberry Enterprise, 117, Kenorita, 1st Floor, Caves Road, Jogeshwari (E.), Mumbai- 400 060 and same is returned back unserved with postal remark "Left" and intimation letter sent on residential address of the Insolvent i.e. A/802, Tulsi Heights Plot No.25, Sector No. 22, Khandeshwar Station Road, Khandeshwar, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai-410209 was delivered as per tracking report of postal authority i.e. "Item delivered (addressee)". Still, Insolvent remained absent for today's private examination.

In the absence of the Insolvent, it is not possible to proceed with today's meeting, hence today's meeting stands adjourned to 27th June, 2025 at 11.30 a.m.
