9-gp-2-2024.doc Senior Advocate who is arguing counsel appointed in Guardianship Petition No. 1 of 2024, the matter is stood over to 12th April, 2024. 2.
The permission which had been granted by the earlier order for inspection of the Court record is extended till 5th April, 2024.

The Advocates for the Respondent in Guardianship Petition No.1 of 2024 are also permitted to inspect the Court record. 4.
Mr. Shaikh has sought extension of time to file Affidavit in Reply to the Interim Application filed by the Respondent in Guardianship Petition No.1 of 2024.

The extension of time is granted. The same shall be filed on or before 10th April, 2024 6.
