ORDER :

The learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent in Guardianship Petition No.1 of 2024 has sought extension of time to 1/3
file Affidavit in Reply as well as Vakalatnama in view of the newly filed Guardianship Petition. Extension of time is granted. 2.
The Respondent shall file Affidavit in Reply to the newly filed Guardianship Petition within a period of one week from today. The physical copy of the Affidavit in Reply is tendered and accepted. The Affidavit in Reply shall also be served on the other side. 3.
The learned Advocate for the Petitioner in the Guardianship Petition has sought time to file Affidavit in Rejoinder to the Affidavit in Reply filed by the Respondent. The Affidavit in Rejoinder shall be filed on or before 5th July, 2024. 4.
The learned Advocate for the Petitioner in the newly filed Guardianship Petition seeks leave to take out application with regard to the counseling of the said minor. Leave is granted to the Petitioner to take out application to that effect.

The Petitioner shall remove office objection in the newly filed Guardianship Petition by 5th July, 2024. 2/3

The parties shall file their Affidavits in lieu of Examination in Chief and compilation of documents in support of the Affidavits by 5th July, 2024.
