The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that CMA No. 301 of 2023, which had been filed in the District and SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Sessions Court, Thane has been transferred to this Court pursuant to Digitally signed by SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Date:

2024.02.16 10:57:28 +0530 the Transfer Order dated 9th January 2023. This has been registered as Guardian Petition No. 1 of 2024. However, the Guardian Petition has not been listed today.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 in Guardian Petition (L) No. 30186 of 2023 has sought time to file detailed Affidavit in Reply to the Guardian Petition. 3.

It is to be noted by order dated 2nd November 2023, this Court had directed Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 to file Affidavit in Reply on or before 8th November 2023. Affidavit in Reply had been filed on 7th November 2023. However, learned Advocate for the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 states that was only a brief Affidavit in Reply which itself sought leave to file a detailed Affidavit in Reply thereafter.

In view thereof, the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 shall file additional Affidavit in Reply on or before 20th February 2024. 5.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner in Guardian Petition (L) No. 30186 of 2023 has also sought time to file Affidavit in Support of the Guardian Petition.

The Petitioner shall file Affidavit in Support of the Guardian Petition (L) No. 30186 of 2023 on or before 20th February 2/3

2024.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 has also sought leave to file further Affidavit in Reply to the Guardian Petition which deals with the issue being raised by the supplemental Affidavit to be filed by the Petitioner.

8.

Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 shall as part of the additional Affidavit in Reply to the Guardian Petition deal with the issue being raised in the supplemental Affidavit.

9.

Place both the Guardian Petitions, i.e. above Guardian Petition (L) No. 30186 of 2023 and Guardian Petition (L) No. 01 of 2024 on 21st February 2024 at 10.30 a.m.
