On the next date, the parties to apprise the Court as to how the High Court has jurisdiction on its Original Side to entertain the present petition, since the only issue involved in the petition is appointment of Trustees and there being no monetary relief sought for. The issue for consideration is whether the present petition can be filed in the High Court on its Original Side or in the City Civil Court.

The petitioner to communicate a copy of the present order to the amicus curiae. The amicus curiae is requested to assist the Court in resolving this issue.

Liberty to the petitioner to add the following prayer, as per draft amendment in the prayer clause.

Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
