Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the subject tender, Letter of Intent (LoI) has been issued and accordingly, he seeks liberty to challenge the LoI, which will require impleadment of the parties in whose favour the same has been issued. He further submits that he is not aware of the parties in whose favour the LoI has been issued. 2.

Learned counsel representing Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited assures the Court that he shall furnish a copy of the LoI and the details of the parties in whose favour the same has been issued to the learned counsel for the petitioner by tomorrow.
