Learned Counsel for the petitioners has tendered a letter issued by the IDBI Bank dated 4th June, 2025, wherein it is stated that the IDBI Bank has decided to discontinue the ongoing wilful defaulter proceedings against the petitioners. The said letter is taken on record. 3.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. 4.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the petition and as such, all contentions of all parties, on merits, are kept open.
