Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners have already instituted an appeal before the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee ("AGRC"). Accordingly, there is no good ground to entertain the present petition. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners will apply before the AGRC/competent authority for interim protection.

If such applications are filed we are sure that the AGRC/competent authority will consider the same and dispose of them in accordance with law. Therefore, we dispose of this petition with liberty to petitioners to pursue the matter before the AGRC and/or competent authority.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the liberty as above. 6.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is not quite sure whether the petitioners have instituted an appeal. Accordingly, he submits that a liberty may be granted to the petitioners to institute an appeal in case the same is not already instituted. Such liberty is also granted.
