On 10 July 2024, we had passed a detailed order. Now the concern which is remaining is in regard to our observations in paragraph No. 6, in respect of cases where the government premises are illegally occupied. This, more particularly, in the light of glaring facts pointed out to this Court in regard to the case of respondent No.3. The affidavit would also be required to comply with our directions in paragraph Nos.8, 9 & 10 of the said order. 2.

Mr. Takke, learned Assistant Government pleader has fairly stated that the entire data in this regard is collected. The Principal Secretary is in the process of making an affidavit and the same would be placed before the Court within two weeks from today, on a final opportunity being granted.
