1) Learned counsel for Petitioners submitted that, the Petitioners on one side and Respondent Nos. 8 and 10 on the other side have settled the disputes and differences amicably and have executed Consent Terms dated 24th February 2025. He tendered across the bar the said Consent Terms. The said Consent Terms are duly signed by both the Petitioners and the Authorised signatory of Respondent Nos. 8 and 10. Their signatures have 1/2

The letter of Authority issued by the Board of Directors of Respondent Nos. 8 and 10 in favour of Mr. Rohan Mehta, is annexed along with the said Consent Terms. The signatures of Respondent Nos. 1 to 6, being statutory Authorities are not necessary on the Consent Terms. The said Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertakings mentioned in the Consent Terms by both the parties are accepted as undertakings given to this Court.
2) Petition is disposed off in view of Consent Terms dated 24th February 2025.
