INTERIM APPLICATION (L) NO. 9746 OF 2024: - 1.

The writ petition has been filed with the prayer initially to quash the decision of the respondent rejecting the bid submitted by the petitioner in respect of the subject tender, however, during the pendency of the writ petition, the tender process has been finalized and the work has been awarded by issuing a letter of acceptance dated 24th January 2024.

By taking out this interim application, the petitioner wants to add certain prayers seeking quashing of the letter of acceptance and also for impleading one M/s. Sai Projects (Mumbai) Pvt. Ltd. as party respondent no. 2 and Saidutt Real Infra Pvt. Ltd. as party respondent no. 3.

Having regard to the nature of amendments sought, the interim application is allowed.

Let necessary amendments be incorporated by the learned counsel for the petitioner within one week. Reverification is dispensed with. 5.

The interim application is disposed of.

WRIT PETITION NO. 494 OF 2024: - 6.

Issue notice to the newly added respondents 2 and 3, returnable on 2nd August 2024.

Two weeks' time is granted to the respondents to file affidavit in reply; rejoinder thereto, if any, may be filed by the petitioner by the returnable date.
