Ms Hajare appears for the Respondent BMC and Mr Takke, learned AGP for the Respondent State. This Petition seeks a mandamus upon the BMC to act against alleged encroachments and encumbrances in the property described in prayer clause (a) of the Petition.

Ms Hajare the learned Counsel for the BMC states that BMC has already issued notices under Section 89 and 90 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. She states that 25th July 2024

Now that BMC is acting in the matter, we accept the statement made on behalf of the BMC and we dispose of this Petition.
