Mr. Chavan, learned senior advocate for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 states that fact finding inquiry referred to in paragraph 3 of our order dated 25 April 2025 is still not complete. On instructions, he states that the inquiry will now be completed within four weeks from today. There is some controversy about submission of documents. Mr. Chavan states that the Petitioners have not submitted all the documents that they were called upon to submit. Mr. Shekhawat, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that all the documents have been submitted.

At this stage we cannot go into such controversy. However, we record that Mr. Chavan has today, according to him

22-WP-521-2024.DOCX once again given a list of the documents that the Petitioners are required to furnish. Mr. Shekhawat states that he will obtain instructions and advice the Petitioners to do the needful. 3.

For the present, we adjourn this matter to 7 November 2025. The statement recorded in paragraph 5 of our order dated 25 April 2025 is continued by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
