We have also perused the record and more particularly paragraph No.7 of the affidavit dated 9 July 2025 filed on behalf of respondent No.4 on the basis of which Mr. Apte, learned senior counsel would contend that respondent No.4 is ready and willing to make the offer as set out in the said paragraph.

In this view of the matter, we permit the parties to place on record minutes of the order. Insofar as MHADA is concerned, having perused the orders dated 15 March 2024 passed by this Court to which we have made a reference to our order dated 18 June 2025, the MHADA would be required to undertake the appropriate certification of this area as per the decree and more particularly observed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in the order dated 15 March 2023. Mr. Lad has fairly agreed that the same can be done within three weeks. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, we adjourn the proceedings for the parties to place on record minutes of the order so that further consequential orders can be passed and the proceedings can be disposed of. 5.

Stand over to 7 August 2025 at 3.00 p.m.
