We have passed an order dated 14th October 2025, whereby in the facts and circumstances of the case, as observed in the said order that third party audit would be required to be undertaken by an expert to be appointed by the Virmata Jeejabai Technological Institute(V.J.T.I). In pursuance of the said order on 21st November 2025, the Executive Engineer Goregaon Division, MHADA has addressed a letter, to the M/s. Relcon Infraprojects Limited (the Developers), to appoint an expert from the V.J.T.I. to undertake the structural audit of the Mane

17-WP-651-25.DOC buildings in question. We are informed by learned counsel appearing for M/s. Relicon Infraprojects Limited that in pursuance thereto his clients had approached the V.J.T.I. The V.J.T.I. by its letter dated 18/11/2025 has accepted the assignment of undertaking the structural audit, subject to terms and condition as set out in the said letter dated 18/11/2025, which is addressed by Dr. Abhay Bambole, (Project Co-ordinator) Professor Structural Engineering Department to M/s Relicon Infraprojects Ltd. We are also informed that the conditions regarding payments etc. have also been completed.

In this view of the matter the structural audit be undertaken and completed as expeditiously as possible and in any event on or before 15th January 2026.

All contentions of the parties in that regard are expressly kept open. 4.
