We have heard Mr. Sancheti, learned senior counsel for the petitioner. He has drawn our attention to paragraph 6 of the said order to contend that the petitioner intends to raise an issue in regard to the rent. He accordingly submits that the petitioner's contention in that regard be kept open. 3.

After hearing Mr. Sancheti, we are of the opinion that at the end of paragraph 8, after the words "kept open", the words "including on rent" be added. 4.
