We have heard learned counsel for the parties for some time. Learned counsel for the Respondent No.6 Mr. D.J.Sejul, seeks time to file affidavit in reply. The Petition was filed in 2023, and the Petitioner's case is that, being a senior citizen, he is being deprived of his legitimate entitlement to the tenement in question. Therefore, the proceedings ought not to be delayed any further. 2.

Let the reply affidavit, if any, be placed on record on or before next date. Same be served on all the parties.
