1) Learned counsel for the Respondent No.2, tendered across the bar a photocopy of Affidavit dated 18th March 2025, affirmed by Shri. Ajay Patane, Assistant Commissioner, 'T' Ward of Respondent-Corporation. 1.1) In para No.5 thereof, it is stated that, the Petitioner has been allotted an alternate pitch on the East side footpath of Veer Savarkar Road, Opposite Gavanpada Fire Station, Mulund to erect a stall as per Petitioner's request.

1.2) The Petitioner has been handed over with the possession of the 1/2

dtg 14-Wp-687-2024.doc said pitch of land. He tendered across the bar a coloured photograph of a stall erected by the Petitioner at the said place. 2) In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner as stated in the Petition does not survive.
