Mr Reddy states that an Affidavit from the Slum Rehabilitation Authority ("SRA") will be filed by Wednesday, 28th February 2024. Mr Damle states that a further Affidavit of the Mumbai Corporation of Greater Mumbai ("MCGM") will also be filed by that date. We propose to dispose of the matter finally on the next date.
