Learned Counsel for the Petitioner in Writ Petition No.697 of 2024 seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition. 3.
However, the learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.4 and 5 in Writ Petition No.697 of 2024 submits that the observation/interim relief granted in terms of paragraph 6 by this Court's order dated 23rd August 2023 in Writ Petition No.697 of 2024 be continued for a reasonable time to enable them to file a fresh Writ Petition for seeking appropriate reliefs. 4.
As the petitions were being heard together, having regard to the nature of the interim order and considering that the Writ Petition No.697 of 2024 is now withdrawn, we find that the request made is reasonable. Accordingly, interim order granted in terms of paragraph 6 by this Court's order dated 23rd August 2023 is continued till 12th June 2024 to enable the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to file a fresh Writ Petition or appropriate proceedings for seeking appropriate reliefs. The Writ Petition No. 697 of 2024 is allowed to be withdrawn. In view of withdrawal of the Writ Petition No. 697 of 2024, all pending interim applications stand disposed of.

It is made clear that application for grant of interim relief and any writ petition/ application filed shall be considered on its own merits. 7.
