Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.3 points out that Respondent No.3 is presently undergoing a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). He therefore states that a reply will be filed after obtaining instructions from the Resolution Professional, who is already appointed latest by 10 October 2025. 2.

In the meanwhile, it would be open to the Petitioner to file its claims with the RP in the pending CIR process. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner points out that despite service of notice in this Petition, the ROC (Respondent Nos.1 and 2) have not bothered to appear. If so, we direct issuance of fresh notices

We expect the ROC to respond to notices and attend to Court matters.

A copy of an authenticated copy of this order would also be served upon the first and second Respondents. 6.
