Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

During the pendency of the petition, a revised Letter of Intent (LoI) has been issued by the Mumbai Municipal Corporation which satisfies the grievance of the petitioner. Learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 5 and 6Developers on instructions submitted that they would abide by the revised LoI dated 3rd February, 2026 which is placed on record and marked 'X-1' for identification. The name of the petitioner finds place as an eligible hutment dweller in the revised LoI. In view of the statement made by the developers that they would honour the conditions of the revised LoI, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Amk 1/2

Recording the statement made by respondent Nos.5 and 6Developers, the petition is disposed of. 4.

In case, any grievance remains, it is open for the petitioner to make an appropriate representation to the authorities or approach this Court by way of appropriate proceedings.
