In this Writ Petition the Petitioner interalia has assailed the validity of the impugned decision dated 07/06/2023 passed by Respondent No.4, by which the representation submitted by the Petitioner has been rejected on the ground that the issue relating to GST cannot be entertained after issuance of work order. 2.
