Mr Mehta, Senior Advocate for the Petitioners submits that he would like to produce a plan which would show that the units purchased and occupied by the Petitioners were a part of the sale component. That plan is not available at the moment with his clients in Court today. He therefore requests the matter be placed on Monday, 10th June 2024.
