The relief prayed in this petition is for a direction to respondent No.2 to take action in respect of complaint made by the petitioner in respect of alleged illegal construction appearing in the building of respondent No.3, details of which are stated in the application. 2.

The respondent No.2 is requested to look into the complaint and if he finds substance, further action be taken in accordance with law after hearing the affected party.
