The developer is in default. What is available today is only an amount an Rs. 1.60 Crores. We had demanded a deposit of Rs. 3.25 Crores. As a final opportunity, we give the developer time until the end of the day tomorrow, 8th March 2024 to bring the balance by whatever means.

The amount of Rs. 1.60 Crores is to be deposited in Court today. We will permit a withdrawal tomorrow, 8th March 2024. 3.

We make it clear that unless we have a compliance, we will proceed to grant the Petitioner relief including if thought necessary the cancellation of No Objection Certificate ("NOC") by Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority ("MHADA"). Mr Lad for MHADA assures us that an unsigned letter of cancellation will be kept ready.
