1) Learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 9 to 14 and 17 submitted that, the parties herein have resolved their disputes and differences amicably by settling the matter with the Petitioners. She tendered across the bar Consent Terms dated 28th November, 2024 duly signed by the Petitioners on one side and the Respondent Nos. 9 to 14 and 17 represented by Mr. Vijay 1/2

dtg 5-Wp-868-2024.doc Chandan, Partner of the Respondent No.17, on behalf of all other Partners of the said Firm on the other side. Their signatures have been identified by their respective Advocates. To the said Consent Terms, photocopy of cheques issued in favour of the Petitioners, drawn on RBL Bank for an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- each are annexed. Resolution of the Respondent No.17 Partnership Firm in favour of Mr.Vijay Chandan is also annexed to the said Consent Terms. The said Consent Terms dated 28th November, 2024 are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertakings mentioned in the Consent Terms by both the parties are accepted as undertakings given to this Court.

2) In view of Consent Terms dated 28th November, 2024, executed between the Petitioners and the Respondent Nos. 9 to 14 and 17, Petition is disposed off.
