1) It is an admitted fact on record that, Respondent Nos. 1 and 2, till date have not handed over the agreed premises as stated in their undertaking dated 6th August 2019 to the Petitioner. 2) Mr. Reddy, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 on instructions submitted that, as the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 did not complete the Slum Rehabilitation Scheme of Jay Hanuman Co-op. Housing Society (Proposed) situated at Dadar, within stipulated period, the competent Authority has already initiated proceedings against them under Section 13(2) of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance And 1/2

dtg 28-Wp-905-2024.doc Redevelopment) Act, 1971, and it may take about four weeks time to complete the said proceedings.
