In he Writ Petition filed by way of Public Interest Litigation, the Petitioner interalia seeks direction to the Respondent to grant administrative approval for construction of new administrative building and court building at Mulund, Mumbai.

The learned GP on instructions, submits that the possession of the land in question has been handed over to the Chief Judicial Magistrate on 20/12/2024. A communication in this regard has been produced before us, which is taken on record. 1/2

The learned counsel for the High Court submits that the Chief Architect has submitted the plan which has been forwarded to this Court for administrative approval and appropriate decision shall be taken expeditiously. The aforesaid submission made on behalf of the Respondents, is taken on record.
