Learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 submits that the High Court Administration has approved the plan and has sent the same for approval to the Executive Engineer. The Executive Engineer has prepared the estimate and has forwarded the same to the Superintending Engineer, Public Works Department, for approval.

The learned AGP appearing for the State submits that within two weeks the estimate shall be approved.
