In this Petition, the Petitioner, interalia seeks direction for construction of new Court Complex at Mulund.

The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions submits that the plan for construction of new Court building has already been sanctioned by the State Government and the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Esplanade Mumbai has forwarded estimate for the work in question for approval of the Building Committee of this by RAJSHREE KISHOR MORE Date:

The Building Committee is expected to take a decision as expeditiously as possible and thereafter forward the proposal to the Government for according administrative approval and allocation of fund.
