Mr. Rajbhar, learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 submitted that when the Respondent No.1 went to join the duty on 26th August 2024 with all the documents which the Petitioners had sought, he was not allowed to join the duty on the ground that he should provide copy of the Leave and License Agreement. Mr. Shukla, learned Counsel for the Petitioners, after taking instructions, states that the Petitioners will not insist on production of Leave and License Agreement. 2.

Mr. Rajbhar, learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 states that the Respondent No.1 is residing with his relative − Mr. Asaram Rajbhar. He states that complete details of the present address of the Respondent No.1 will be provided to the Petitioners.

Mr. Shukla, learned Counsel for Petitioners states that Respondent No.1 can join the duty at 7:30 a.m. tomorrow i.e. on 29th August 2024 at Laxmi Tower, BKC, Bandra (E), Mumbai and report to Mr. Vinod Pawar.

Stand over to 2nd September 2024 at 2:30 p.m. for reporting compliance of this Order.
