Having heard the Petitioner in person and the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent - Central Bank of India, we consider it appropriate that the present Writ Petition is converted into a representation and the Respondent - Bank shall decide the representation of the Petitioner which includes their claims in prayer Clause (c) (i) to (xix). This shall be decided by the Respondent - Bank within a period of sixty days from the date of this Order. 1/2

It is also pertinent to note that although the Petitioner is impugning the Order, there is no Order which has been passed by the Respondent - Bank on the claims made in the Petition. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.

We have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition. All the rights and contentions of the parties are kept open.
