The Minutes of the Order reads thus:

"MINUTES OF ORDER 1.

Parties in the above Writ Petitions, have arrived at an amicable settlement before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) No. 17281 of 2025. The Settlement is recorded in order dated 4th August 2025. A copy of the said order is annexed herewith as Exhibit "A". 2.

Parties have agreed to withdraw all the pending proceedings against each other before any Courts/Tribunals including the present proceedings as well as the Transfer Original Application No. 1151 of 2016 (Old O.A. No. 229 of 2003) pending before the Hon'ble Debts Recovery Tribunal, Mumbai and also agreed that the Receiver appointed therein shall be discharged and Physical Possession of the subject Property would be handed over to the Petitioners herein.

Petition stands disposed off as withdrawn in terms of the order dated 4th August 2025 in SLP (C) No. 17281 of 2025."

The Writ Petitions are disposed of in terms of the Minutes of order.
