1) Mr. Gole, learned Advocate for the Petitioner made a grievance that, the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 have again constructed the demolished structures. He produced the photographs on record. 1.1) We therefore direct the Assistant Commissioner, having territorial jurisdiction over the writ property, to visit the writ structure immediately and submit a report to this Court tomorrow i.e. on 7th May 2025. The said report be accompanied along with short Affidavit of the Commissioner. 2) Learned Advocate for the Petitioner is directed to re-paginate the entire brief and by annexing the pleadings chronologically i.e. Affidavits, replies and rejoinders, as per the date of filing. 1/2
