Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 agree that MCGM should be directed to depute a suitable officer to inspect the premises and ascertain as to whether MCGM order dated 12th September 2020 is complied with. 2.
The Petitioner states that this order is not complied with. Whereas the learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 states that the same is completely complied with. Therefore, it will be proper that MCGM deputes its official to inspect the site and apprise the court on the status of the compliance. The MCGM to 24th June 2024
