Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Mr. Shakeeb Shaikh, learned counsel for the 3rd Respondent states that possession of 9 out of the 11 units in the 'B' Wing is already handed over to the 2nd Respondent. Mr. Reddy, learned counsel for the 2nd Respondent has some issues about the status of the units. The Slum Rehabilitation Authority ("SRA") and Shivshahi Punarvasan Prakalp Limited are at liberty to take necessary steps in this regard and the acceptance of the possession is recorded as without prejudice.

The Respondents 1 and 2 have also filed their compliance report on record which would be considered on the next occasion. 4.
Mr. Shaikh states that the affidavit directed by us in paragraph 3 of our order dated 10th July 2024 would be filed and served within a week from today. Further, on instructions he states that without prejudice the amount of Rs.41,00,000/- as directed by paragraph 5 of our order dated 10th July 2024 would also be deposited in this Court within a week from today without seeking any further extensions.
