The grievance raised by the Petitioner who claims to be shareholder of Respondent No.2-Co-operative Bank is with regard to the impropriety in the recruitment undertaken by the Co-operative Bank pursuant to the advertisement dated 21.09.2023 and 23.11.2023. 2.

It however appears that the Petitioner has not yet raised any such grievance with any Authority under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. It would be necessary for the Petitioner to first approach the concerned authority raising such grievance. It is only after approaching such Authority and the Petitioner not being satisfied with any steps taken in that regard, that the Petitioner can raise grievance under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 3.

Hence, with liberty to the Petitioner to take such steps in accordance with law, the Writ Petition is disposed of. All questions on merits are kept open.
