The above Writ Petition was disposed of by our order dated 29th February, 2024, under which, we took on record the consent terms entered into between the Petitioner and the 1st Respondent-Bank. We had kept the matter on board today for reporting compliance because under the consent terms an amount of Rs. 5,57,00,000/- [Rupees Five Crores Fifty Seven Lacs only] was to be paid on or before 1st March, 2024.

Today when the matter is called out, Mr. D'souza, the learned Counsel appearing for the 1st Respondent-Bank, stated that the amount of Rs. 5,57,00,000/- [Rupees Five Crores Fifty Seven Lacs only] has in fact been paid, though belatedly, namely, today. The 1st Respondent-Bank has accepted the said payments. The next payment is now to be made on or before 30th March, 2024 and which is of Rs. 60,30,00,000/- [Rupees Sixty Crores Thirty Lacs only]. 3.

Considering these circumstances, now we place the above matter for reporting compliance on 1st April, 2024 at 4.30 p.m. 4.
