The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that concerned Ministry of the State Government is no longer the Social Justice and Special Assistance Department but it is now the Department of Higher and Technical Education. The learned counsel seeks leave to amend to add the department of Higher and Technical Education through Secretary as party-Respondent. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out during the course of the day. 2.

The learned AGP states that reply will have to be filed by the Respondent-State. At his request, stand over to 9 July 2024.
