Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By order dated 25 June 2025, the NCLT was expected to dispose of Company Petition No.4065 of 2019 and Company Petition No.403 of 2019 within 12 weeks from the receipt of the said order. This period has expired on 23 September 2025. 3.

However, the learned counsel for the parties point out that the hearings have commenced, and if some extension of time is

Learned counsel for the NCLT submitted that though the NCLT will endeavour to dispose of the matters as expeditiously as possible, as a matter of abundant caution, a 6-week extension may be granted so that the matters are disposed of within this extended period.

The initial direction was to dispose of the said matters within 12 weeks. We direct that the matters should now be positively disposed of within six weeks from the date of uploading of this order. This is more so because the hearings have already commenced. This Court's order for disposal within 12 weeks should, in fact, have been complied with. The NCLT did not bother to seek any extension. All parties must cooperate with the NCLT to ensure that there is no further delay.

List the matter under the caption "For Compliance/Directions" after six weeks from the date of uploading of this order.

The learned Counsel for NCLT is requested to immediately communicate this order to the NCLT. 8.

All concerned must act on an authenticated copy of this order.
