The Order dated 20th August, 2024 further records that the Writ Petition is to be heard finally at the admission stage. Additionally, both Advocates were permitted to file additional compilation of documents.

The Respondents are hereby put to notice that if they remain unrepresented on the next date, the Court shall proceed with the matter ex parte.

The Advocates for the Petitioner shall, within a week, serve their list of dates and events, written submissions, and relevant case law cited, structured as point-wise reply to the Respondent's contentions. The Respondent to do the same within a week thereafter.
