Perusal of the order dated 12 January 2023 passed by Joint Director, Higher Education, Mumbai Division, Mumbai, indicates that further decision in the case of the Petitioner can be taken after receipt of appropriate clarification from the State Government. In this regard, the relevant portion of the order dated 12 January 2023 reads thus: "

तरीउपरोक्तवस्तुस्तिस्तथीविवचारातघेतासदरप्रकरणीशासनाकडूनयोग्यते विनद शप्राप्तहोतनाहीततोपय तश्रीमतीत्यागीयांच्याकेसअंतग(तविनवडश्रेणीमधील वेतनविनश्चि,तीबाबतकाय(वाहीकरणेसद्यस्तिस्तथीतशक्यहोणारनाही." 2.

In our view therefore, Petition can be disposed of by directing Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to issue the requisite clarifications to the office katkam Page No.

Respondent Nos.1 and 2 shall accordingly take a decision in the matter and issue the requisite directions to the office of the Joint Director within a period of six weeks. Depending on clarification received from Respondent Nos.1 and 2, Respondent No.3 shall pass fresh order in the case of the Petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter. 3.
