Considering the prayers in the Writ Petition which include prayer for allocation of Central Pool Quota Scheme for admission in MBBS / BDS course seats suitably to incorporate the reservation of seats to PMRBP Awardees in Central Pool Quota Scheme for admission in MBBS / BDS course academic year 2024-25 has become infructuous, in view of admission process for academic year 2024-25 coming to an end.

The Petitioner is at liberty to file fresh Petition in respect of subsequent academic year and all rights and contentions of the parties in the present Writ Petition are kept open. 3.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
