Leave is granted to amend the petition to incorporate additional grounds, as well as to implead the occupants of the tenement pertaining to the 101 allottees/tenants in question. The details of the occupants shall be furnished by Mr. Shinde,learned Advocate for the Petitioner, by tomorrow. 2.

Amendment be carried out by tomorrow. Re-verification is dispensed with.

Reply affidavit to the Petition be filed on or before 3rd October 2025 and a copy of the same be served on the Advocate for the Petitioner without fail. 4.
