P.C.:- 1) By the impugned Order dated 13/04/2023 the Application of Petitioner dated 10/04/2023 for issuance of license to conduct business in a Squatter Stall i.e. suit site is rejected by the Competent Authority of Corporation. Record indicates that, after the demise of father of Petitioner who was the original licensee, there is a dispute between the Petitioner and his brother Ashok Ramjit Yadav pertaining to the succession for the said license. Shri Ashok Ramjit Yadav by his letter dated 20/03/2023 has informed the Competent Authority not to grant license to the Petitioner. 2) There are disputed facts involved in the Petition, as to who is Digitally signed by SUMEDH NAMDEO SONAWANE Date:

3) In view thereof, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition and is accordingly disposed off.
