Learned Counsel for the parties state that all these Petitions can be disposed of by a common order. 3.
Mr. Ashok Singh, learned Counsel for the Petitioner relied on order of 5 March 2024 disposing of Writ Petition No. 2678 of 2023 in the case of M/s. Revamp Creations LLP Vs Union of India & Anr. Further, on instructions, he submits that leave may be granted to withdraw these Petitions with liberty to seek appropriate documents from the concerned authority which may be relevant in the adjudication of the Appeal which the Petitioners propose to file. He also seeks liberty to file Appeals against the impugned orders within four weeks from today and submits that if such Appeals are filed within four weeks from today, then, the Appellate Authority may be directed to decide such Appeals on their own merits without adverting to the issue of limitation.

If the order of 5 March 2024 referred to above, the course suggested by Mr. Ashok Singh appears to have been followed.

Accordingly, we grant the Petitioners leave to withdraw these Petitions with liberty to Appeal the impugned orders within four weeks from the date of uploading of this order. If such Appeals are filed within this period, the Appellate Authority should decide such Appeals on merits without adverting to the issue of limitation.

Further, the Petitioners are also granted liberty to seek appropriate documents from the concerned authorities which may be relevant at the adjudication of the Appeals which the Petitioners propose to file. If such application is made, the same should be disposed of within a week of receiving such request. In particular, the Petitioners desire to have a copy of test report. We see no difficulty that if the concerned Respondents furnishing such test report to the Petitioners particularly since Mr. Singh states that such test report has been supplied to the Petitioners in Writ Petition No. 2678 of 2023 and similar other matters.

All these Petitions are disposed of with liberties and directions in the above terms. No costs.
