C. :- 1) On hearing the learned Senior Counsel Mr. Shroff, who has strenuously urged before us that the Affidavit-in-Reply do not justify the continuation of the Look Out Circular issued in April, 2022 and by placing before us various precedents on the said point, it is a submission that the reason for opening the LOC is never made known to the Petitioners, and even it is not known whether a periodical review of the same is undertaken.
