Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that he is an owner of a bungalow in the same plot of land which is covered by another writ petition filed by a person claiming to be the owner of the land, being Writ Petition No. 835 of 2023 (Vallabhdas Lalchand Vs. The District Deputy Registrar & Ors.), in which, the deemed conveyance in favour of the Society has been stayed. Consequently, since the deemed conveyance is not being finally registered, it not required to grant any ad-interim relief today.

Learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 submits that she does not have copy of the proceedings to be able to assist the Court today. A copy is now made available by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioners. 5.

The matter to come up along with Writ Petition No. 835 of 2023, as per C.M.I.S. date. Stand over accordingly. 6.
